Communications
The UNM Information Technologies department is responsible for providing communications services and products in support of education, patient care and research for the main UNM campus, UNM Hospital and clinics, and Valencia campus.
The department provides the following types of services:
- Analog, digital, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services (over 19,000 connections)
- Voicemail (10,000 mailboxes)
- Automated Attendant
- Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)
- Long Distance
- Conference Calls
- Cabling design, installation and maintenance
- Pagers
- Cell phones
