Customer Service

The University of New Mexico Information Technologies Services representatives are available to assist with reporting troubles with computing and telecommunication services, installation of new telecommunications services and to answer questions about products and services. Telephone support representatives are available Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and can be reached through FastInfo (Ask a Question or Chat) or by calling 277.1111 for voice communications and 277.4848 for computing questions.
