CAS & Web server issues
Due to recent login.unm.edu cert updates, all web servers not hosted by IT that use mod_auth_cas, and login.unm.edu will need to have a new file for the CASCertificatePath parameter in the web server configuration. The required file : Thawte file for CAS auth (text)
The software available here to download is for use by students, faculty and staff for the duration of your stay at the University of New Mexico. The software may be used on campus or on home computers that are running Windows or the Macintosh OS and connecting to UNM network services. You may not redistribute this software to anyone else. When you leave UNM you may no longer use it*. You will be prompted to authenticate with your NetID and password to download most titles. (*The exception is freeware available here.)

CFS
(CIFS) The CFS program allows access from a desktop computer to your NetID account space. Your account space appears on the computer's desktop like another hard drive. CFS is freeware. IT Security recommends against using CFS because the login (authentication) process is not secure.
