Telephone Services

Voice services are provided to main campus, the HSC, University Hospital and clinics, as well as branch campuses and on University agencies. Telephone services include a suite of technology for analog, digital and Voice over IP (VoIP) phone services, including Telephones, carrier support, voice mail, voice mail Automated Attendants, conference calling, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) – call center functionality. We also support Emergency 911, code blue, elevator, ring down notification systems.

IT Voice Labor rates: Time and Material

Engineer engagement (8am-5pm) $155.00/hr., Engineer engagement (Overtime) $231.00/hr., Engineer engagement Holiday $308.00/hr.

IT Labor Rate  (8am-5pm) $80.00/hr., Overtime $120.00/hr.

IT Management Rate (8am-5pm) $150.00/hr., Overtime $225.00/hr.

Trip charges based on Time, Per Diem as required

Expedite charges $150.00 plus applicable additional fees

MAC (move, add, change) $40/programming fee + $115.00 delivery, installation fee

MAC (move, add, change) $40/programming - customer installs themselves

911 change for the data base change $25.00
