Backend Licensing Management
Provides centralized management, deployment, and support for software licenses of enterprise academic applications including ArcGIS, SPSS, and MATLAB. This service ensures access to critical teaching, learning, and research tools on approved UNM-owned devices while maintaining compliance with licensing agreements.
Classroom and Computer Lab Desktop Support and Management
Provides deployment and ongoing support of computers in centrally managed computer labs, classrooms, and kiosks across campus. Services include maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates of computing devices and peripherals to ensure a reliable and efficient standard computing environment for students, faculty, and staff.
Classroom Technology Support
Provides design, maintenance, and training support for audio-visual equipment and other instructional technologies in centrally scheduled classrooms. Services include developing and maintaining equipment standards, providing BYOD connection options and integrating and maintaining the associated workstation computers at teaching stations.

Digital Signage Administration
Provides deployment and ongoing support of a centrally managed, campus wide digital signage system. Services include systems administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, user management, and systems monitoring. This service offers assistance with the design and purchase of new digital signs, along with end user training.

Student Laptop Checkout Program
Provides UNM owned and managed Windows and Apple laptops to current students for semester long checkout. Limited quantities are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Students are financially liable if the device is not returned.

WEPA Printing
Provides students with convenient, cloud-based printing across campus. Users can upload documents from their personal devices or university computers and print them at any WEPA kiosk using university credentials. The service supports multiple file formats and offers features like color and double-sided printing at affordable rates.

Woodward Hall DIY studio
Provides the ability for students, faculty, and staff to produce multi- or single camera videos in a self-service environment with full audio, visual, teleprompter, and lighting capabilities. Users must complete online training materials before scheduling studio time.
