Hours of Operation

Generally regular University administrative office hours are observed at IT, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Specific hours for most IT services can be found below.

• Computer Labs
  Conveniently located around campus, IT computer labs are staffed by student consultants and are open for extended hours. Lab hours are published online in the IT Computer Lab Guide and at lab doors.

• Production Availability Schedule
  IT follows a regular downtime schedule for performing system maintenance and other routine functions.

• IT CSS Service Desk
  Contact information and hours of operation for telephone and in-person technical support are published on the Support website.
