What are the support tiers and what is supported?
Tier 1: Full Support
- Real time email, Calendar, and Contacts synchronization
- Operator (Cellular Service Provider) interaction for UNM owned devices
- Ability to store sensitive materials
- Security such as remote wiping in the case of a lost or stolen device
Tier 2: Limited Support
- POP/IMAP email
- Limited operator interaction for UNM owned devices
- No ability to store sensative materials
- No security
Tier 3: Minimal Support
- Provide POP/IMAP settings
- No operator interaction provided
- No ability to store sensative materials
- No security
