What are the support tiers and what is supported?

Tier 1: Full Support

  • Real time email, Calendar, and Contacts synchronization
  • Operator (Cellular Service Provider) interaction for UNM owned devices
  • Ability to store sensitive materials
  • Security such as remote wiping in the case of a lost or stolen device

Tier 2: Limited Support

  • POP/IMAP email
  • Limited operator interaction for UNM owned devices
  • No ability to store sensative materials
  • No security

Tier 3: Minimal Support

  • Provide POP/IMAP settings
  • No operator interaction provided
  • No ability to store sensative materials
  • No security
