Academic Technologies is seeking responsible, self-motivated students that demonstrate leadership, aptitude, initiative, and assertiveness to provide support, training, and solutions for a wide variety of technology to students, faculty, and staff in classrooms and computer labs across campus. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and an interest in technology support, customer service, as well as training acumen. This position provides support for walk in requests, over the phone, e-mail, and within the Help.UNM system. Those in this position also have shared supervisory responsibility of student technicians and a focus on the areas outlined below.
